Located only 1 block from the Cal Campus, downstairs from Kip’s is Sun Hong Kong. The newly remodeled restaurant has a full Hong Kong-style Chinese menu and a full American menu all in one. The Chinese menu features a variety of dishes including traditional entreés, rice plates, sizzling platters, curry dishes, clay pots and noodle soups. The American menu has everything- burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta dishes, omelets, appetizers, huge salads, soups and more. They have a full coffee bar and opened a gelato/sorbetto bar in the front of the restaurant with all flavors made fresh daily on-site. Choose from the numerous flavors including Pistachio, Peach, Pink Grapefruit, Black Forest and Raspberry. Sun Hong Kong is great for groups, large and small, and does a big take-out business as well.
