The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival and the Presidio Trust present a free 55 minute family performance of Macbeth, presented in Shakespeare’s original text.

Shakespeare on Tour is performed by a cast of professional actors in costume, with set, props, and recorded music. At the conclusion of the show, the actors take questions from the audience.

Following the performance enjoy PLAYSHOP, a free one-hour, hands-on experience for kids and parents that will deepen your appreciation of the Bard. This participatory workshop includes games, activities, and text work designed to create a greater understanding and appreciation of theater.

Space for PLAYSHOP is limited — please RSVP to playshop@presidiotrust.gov. There is no RSVP for the performance of Macbeth.
